Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the CutPilot website, software, and creator processing services. By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or otherwise using CutPilot, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy.
Service description
CutPilot provides software and cloud compute services for video processing, content repurposing, automation, and short-form workflow management. The exact features available depend on the plan selected.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account or purchasing compute access.
Purchases and billing
Paid tier compute allocations are provisioned on a per-cycle monthly basis. All payments are handled securely through our authorized payment partner, AllScale. There are no automated recurring card deductions; users manually renew access on a monthly basis through the checkout portal. We may update pricing or plan features with advance notice.
Acceptable use
You may not use CutPilot for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or harmful activities. The service must be used in compliance with applicable laws, platform rules, licensing requirements, and all user obligations imposed by the content owners or source data used in your workflow.
No guarantee of rights clearance or platform approval
CutPilot provides tools to assist with editing, formatting, and processing of media files, but it does not guarantee that uploaded content, exported media, or any workflow result will be free from third-party rights, licensing restrictions, platform policy issues, or approval requirements. Users remain solely responsible for the rights, permissions, and compliance status of their content and distribution activities.
Performance and delivery
We aim to provide a stable, secure, and reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, identical output quality, completed processing times, or the successful delivery of every requested file. Delays, queue times, technical issues, and processing constraints may occur.
Intellectual property
CutPilot software, branding, and platform materials remain subject to applicable intellectual property rights. You retain ownership of your input content and output generated through your use of the service, subject to applicable licensing, platform requirements, and your own compliance obligations.
Limitation of liability
CutPilot is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including delays, service interruptions, processing limitations, or content-related outcomes, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
Refunds and billing disputes
Refunds are not offered for dissatisfaction with output, platform acceptance, performance expectations, or general user preference unless there is a clear and documented service failure, billing error, or material non-delivery caused by CutPilot. The refund policy governs all billing disputes and should be read carefully before purchase.
Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable commercial and software laws, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection statutes.
