We collect information such as your email address, account details, device information, and usage metrics necessary to provision compute time, execute video processing workflows, and support your account.We do not collect, view, or store payment card details, bank credentials, or financial information on our servers.

We use personal information to create and authenticate user accounts, allocate processing seconds, deliver customer support, improve service stability, detect abuse or security threats, and comply with legal obligations.

Payment processing

All transactions and checkouts are handled externally and securely by our global payment provider, AllScale. CutPilot does not store or process your credit card, debit card, or crypto payment information.

Plan upgrades are non-recurring monthly provisions. There are no automated recurring card deductions; users manually renew their monthly plan or top-up quota through the AllScale checkout interface.

We may use minimal session cookies or analytics tools to understand platform performance, maintain authenticated sessions, and enhance system reliability. You can manage your browser cookie settings at any time.
